Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, software, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank – there’s often a processing delay before refunds appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: Given return address

  • You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
